Once you have selected a property we will ask you to pay a holding fee which covers the cost of the credit check and reference process and includes your contribution towards preparing the inventory and schedule of condition. We will usually email you an online form to fill in and turnaround time is around five working days.

The minimum term for a tenancy agreement is six months under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Unless otherwise agreed we will require payment of one months rent in advance and the same as one months rent to be held as a deposit. Rent will thereafter be paid monthly in advance by standing order.
